Charla Nash gave her first candid interview to Oprah Winfrey since she was attacked and mauled by a Chimp. Her face left blinded, unable to be noticed and a  grafted nose from the skin on her legs, yet Charla has an attitude we ALL could use..

“Sometimes things just happen in life,” Charla stated. She’s never been bitter or angry. She set her goal(s) on getting better and overcoming the tragedy by utilizing it to drive her existence from today, forward. Nash’s family is suing the family of the chimpanzee owner for monetary damages AND rightfully so. I mean, something should come of this terrible tragedy. Good luck, Charla. First the girl is fine. Secondly, she plays the guitar, runs the Country Music scene and she’s not even old enough to get drunk yet. Taylor Swift is the “real deal” and a serious force to reckon with in the music industry. I guarantee she will not be getting dissed, interrupted or disrespected by any other “divas” (yes I called Kanye West a diva).. Get ‘em Taylor..

Taylor won Country Music Entertainer of the Year, female vocalist of the year (ending Carrie Underwood’s three year reign on the award) and she performed. All you can do is tip your hat to the cross over sensation. She’s the youngest person to win Entertainer of the Year in a decade. After all she’s been through in the media and such.. I say good work Taylor. Maybe the incident with Kanye “boosted” your career and “booted his career. I can live with both..

B.YONEST NEWZ: Mike Tyson Update! Update!

Mike Tyson has been released and seems to be alright. He puncheda paparazzi who “Mike’s reps claim” got too close to him and his 10 month old baby forcing Mike to react defensively. The paparazzo was taken to the hospital and everything “seems” like it may be okay. Lesson learned.. Don’t get close enough to Mike Tyson for him to punch you. Shit might hurt your face..

Who’s surprised to hear Mike Tyson punched a paparazzi outside of LAX airport in Los Angeles tonight? Blood all over the place (as I imagine there would be if Mike Tyson punched a normal man in the face) and Tyson has been arrested and detained. IMAGINE getting punched in the effin face by Mike Tyson. So sad. Homie was just on Oprah telling her “I’m trying to change, Oprah.” I actually believed and still believe he’s trying to change. B.YONEST NEWZ: Shaquille O’Neal caught in another scandal! DAMN!

Once upon a time, Shaquille O’Neal was playing basketball in Washington against the Wizards. He got done with his game, went to his hotel room and had a sexual encounter with his rivals’ fiancee. Shaquille had no idea that the consequence of his action would cost him his marriage, his credibility (for a little while) and a GANG of MONEY. Shaq’s wife went back to California to file for divorce because she knew her settlement would be greater. Like i said in earlier articles.. EVERYBODY Is doing it. Oh Yeah, Mike Tyson got arrested again tonight.. READ HERE or carry ON!

Is Shaquille going to lose his position with The Cleveland Cavaliers for beating cakes? No WAY in the world. He actually slept with Gilbert Arenas’ woman? Like, fiancee. I don’t even know what to say to this madness. I mean, the man can have practically any woman he wants and he chose a fellow Professional Player’s girl? Damn, Shaq. Would you sell your children for an opportunity to become a Police Officer, too? I know, steep and I apologize for that one, but damn Shaq.

There’s two sides to every story. This story obviously has a few more than two sided and they will clash, collide and eventually come to a “head” on the basketball court. Let’s not forget, Washington and Cleveland have had some serious Series’ in the PAST. This is only going to fuel the fire of  both teams as they go “deeper” into the season. Notice the “head” and “deeper” lines? Yes, I’m a Comedian as well.

B.YONEST NEWZ: John Allen Muhammad executed after “6 years.”

The United States of America was under such fear and angst as John Allen Muhammad was on a rampage in Washington D.C. in October, 2002. I remember driving past white vans and being in fear of getting gas and I lived in Columbus, Ohio at the time. Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo (who Mahammad was CLEARLY forcing and coercing  into these acts) were “sniping” their way through the D.C. metro are. It was so disgusting.

The D.C. Sniper was executed and pronounced dead @ 9:11pm Tuesday night, Virgina officials report. How AWESOME is that? Executed six years after you are found guilty. The normal rate of a death penalty “execution” is up to 153 months. Ten to twelve years. They pushed “Allen Muhammad’s” up to six years and were like “Peace, player.”

Call me Mr. Negativity, but this man got what he deserved and “maybe” in the perfect amount of time. He was forced to think about it for a while, rot in prison and just had he was coming to the “realization” that he took innocent peoples’ lives for nothing, he was executed. Lee Boyd Malvo was given a life sentence for his participation in the crime. Well Done, Justice System. AND.. I NEVER say that sh*t. ALL HAIL

I know we’ve been doing this post for over a year now because we did a Veteran’s Day post last year and I didn’t know what the h*ll it mean then OR now. Just kidding.. Kind of. I reckon it has something to do w/ troops, soldiers and such, but what’s that got to do w/ the mail being delivered? AND.. Shouldn’t EVERYDAY be Veteran’s Day? I’ve been a parent for almost 9 years now. Kobe Bryant’s been in the NBA for 13 or so years. Does he get to celebrate Veteran’s Day? He’s a “Veteran” in NBA YEARS?

EITHER way. Happy, Merry, Joyful Veteran’s Day to the individual(s) who deserve it. The Soldiers who have given their time, efforts and lives to defend the things that WE (and if not we, George Bush, his father and the rest of those effin idiots) believe in and stand for. Is Wendy Williams one of the most RETARDED show hosts imaginable. Sweaty arm pits, crazy outlandish noises and acts of stupidity. B.YONEST NEWZ: NBA Legend fighting the ultimate BATTLE.

As a child you imagine your favorite sports stars and entertainers. I never thought I would see Bill Cosby get old or Charles Barkley look like he can’t play basketball at the ultimate level anymore. Then they begin to pass away from old age and other random things. It’s astonishingly frightening yet amazing that we (as youth) grow up and still see our “idols” like they were in the yesteryear.

I watched Kareem Abdul-Jabbar play basketball since I was 4 years old, maybe younger. Never did I imagine he would retire and the thought of him attaining cancer was outlandish to me. He invented the “hook shot.” Maybe not invented, but he definitely defined it’s grace and effortlessness. You think Lou “Kareem Abdul-Jabbar” Alcindor.. You think UCLA Championships, LA Lakers Championships and Hook Shots, period.

We will all pray for you Mr. Jabbar. We’ve seen people overcome crazier things and larger obstacles. We wish you well and will forever remember and appreciate all that you’ve done to influence my generations and generations beyond mine. Much love and appreciation, Kareem..

Leaving the studio and feeling good, Rapper/Entertainer Brian “B.YONEST” Penn, was pulled over in late last night Gahanna, Ohio. He had finished up a late night session and was on his way home when he was pulled over by Gahanna Police @ 2am . He was cited and given a ticket for possession of marijuana. The officer(s) confiscated his product, wrote him up and sent him home. Given the situation, we here @ B.YONEST INVAZION say B.YONEST was extremely lucky. Dont’ Do Drugs.
